Why could Pope John Paul II be Mabus?
Pope John Paul II ( formally known as Karol Józef Wojtyla ) could be Mabus, the third Antichrist of Nostradamus.
Karol Wojtyla became Pope John Paul II in 1978, and the first non-Italian to hold the office since Hadrian VI, 455 years earlier. The short rule of John Paul I may have figured heavily in the conclave's choice of Pope John Paul II - who was a comparatively young 58 - but Pope John Paul II received votes in 1978's first set of papal elections and was seen as an excellent compromise choice. Whatever the reasons, Pope John Paul II adopted his predecessor's name to become John Paul II, partly as a mark of respect, and partly to show a continuation of policy.
He draws extreme power from where Pope John Paul II sits in the Vatican and should he die in a terrorist attack or other man made reason, the prophecy in the Mabus Quatrain allows for vengeance, thirst and hunger.
Pope John Paul died April 2, 2005.
