Why could John D. Negroponte be Mabus?

John D. Negroponte was sworn in as United States Representative to the United Nations on September 18, 2001. Since 1997 Mr. Negroponte had been Executive Vice President for Global Markets of The McGraw-Hill Companies.

He was an U.S. ambassador to Honduras from 1981-85. Negroponte deliberately falsified State Department human rights reports every year of his ambassadorship. There was claims Negroponte oversaw and overlooked U.S. missionaries and religious activists were murdered in that country in the 1970s and 1980s by CIA-trained Honduran soldiers

As Ambassador to occupied Iraq, John D. Negroponte has his work cut out for him to convey US ideas to the people of Iraq, the same people that are currently in a insurgency against US forces.

In 2005, Negroponte was appointed the post of director of national intelligence by President George W. Bush.
